As is typical for this time of year, the British weather doesn't know if it wants to be sunny or wet. These constant changes in temperature might mean that you're seeing condensation in your property that you haven't seen before, and new black mould growth. Rather than put up with it, I'd recommend fitting one of our PIV systems to combat the issue. Not only will they help now, but once they are on top of the condensation/mould issues then you'll have a supply of lovely clean air into your property.

Many people (tradesman included) think that any old extractor fan will do. This simply isn't true and without the right fan you could be creating condensation issues without realising! A standard fan that you can pick up cheap will be fine in some situations, but many fans simply aren't powerful enough to use where they are installed. Personally, I recommend constant trickle fans with boost in all bathrooms or kitchens as it means the damp air doesn't get a chance to settle which means that you're far less likely to get condensation or mould issues.
